Data controller

What data we collect
We collect (1) usage data (IP address, browser, page views — technically necessary), (2) funnel responses (your answers in our AI-advisory funnels, only when you submit them), (3) contact data for lead requests (name, email, phone, postal code — only when you submit a request).
Cookies and tracking
We use three cookie categories: necessary (always active, for login state and language), Analysis (only with your consent, to improve the platform), Marketing (only with your consent, currently inactive). You can change your cookie preferences at any time in the footer under 'Cookie settings'.
Third parties and processors
We engage the following processors: Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Netlify (CDN and web hosting, global), Google (Analytics — only with your opt-in), Mapbox (map display, anonymized requests). A data processing agreement compliant with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR is in place with each processor.
Your rights under the Swiss FADP
You have the right to access your processed data, to rectify inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability (receipt of your data in a machine-readable format). To exercise a right, write to datenschutz@aurai.expert.

Individual third-party providers in detail
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
Reach measurement, anonymized. Analysis of aggregated usage data to improve the platform.
Consent (Art. 6 Swiss FADP). Without active consent in the cookie banner, the GA script is not loaded and no cookies are set.
IP anonymization is default in GA4 (no raw IP is stored).
